Dustin Nelson

Born and raised in Seagraves, Texas, Dustin Nelson comes from four generations of farmers and brings a strong work ethic, deep local roots, and a genuine love for the land to his real estate career. After years of running a successful farming operation, Dustin and his family made the life-changing decision in 2024 to sell the farm and relocate to Brady, Texas, in pursuit of a new chapter.

A 2004 graduate of Wellman High School, Dustin has always valued hard work, community, and family. He served the Seagraves and Gaines County community as a firefighter for 14 years, including 4 years as Fire Chief—demonstrating his deep commitment to helping others and stepping up when it matters most.

Dustin and his wife are proud parents to two boys, ages 11 and 13, and they’re loving their new beginnings in the Hill Country. His background in agriculture gives him a unique understanding of rural properties, land use, and the value of a solid investment—making him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Although he now lives in Brady, Dustin remains committed to serving the West Texas area where he was born and raised. Whether you're buying your first home or selling a large acreage, he is dedicated to serving his clients with honesty, heart, and a strong sense of purpose.
